MWSC has shown support for the governments' initiative to provide equal job opportunities for the differently abled persons, by offering the opportunity for 24 differently abled persons to work along with MWSC.

A Special Function honoured by His Excellency President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom and First Lady Fathimath Ibrahim was held at Dharubaaruge, where more than 157 persons with disabilities were awarded employment opportunities at several state owned companies.

Eighteen companies participated in the Administration driven policy initiative; ensuring equal access and further encouraging participation in the national workforce.
