MWSC has signed an Agreement with Amin Construction Pvt. Ltd. to construct a new Customer Service Building in Male’.

The Agreement was signed by the Managing Director of MWSC Mr. Ibrahim Fazul Rasheed on behalf of MWSC and the Managing Director of Amin Construction Mr. Abdulla Mohamed on behalf of Amin Construction.

The new Customer Service Building will be a contemporary 10-storey structure accommodating modern facilities for customers, including:

•  Bill Payment Office accommodating 48 customers at once
• Application Office accommodating 28 customers at once
• Modern Call Center providing an enhanced customer experience
• Contemporary Auditorium Hall to accommodate large audiences with a capacity of 126 people

Speaking at the Contract Signing Ceremony today, Managing Director Mr. Ibrahim Fazul Rasheed stated that this project is a major step taken by MWSC to develop and further improve the customer services provided to the public. He assured that completion of the new customer service building will provide ease to the customers with the provision of all utility services under one roof. 

It is expected that the new Customer Service premises will be completed by the year 2017.
