MWSC has introduced and launched “MWSC Hiyaa” Scheme and opened applications for staff.

The function was attended by the Chairperson of MWSC’s Board of Directors Mr. Ahmed Nasir, Senior Management and staff of MWSC.

Hiyaa Project is an initiative of H.E President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom, to provide affordable housing for the employees of State-Owned Enterprises. 

MWSC Hiyaa Project consists of 384 apartments, which include 184 1-BR apartments, 80 2+1-BR apartments and 120 3-BR apartments.

The development of two 15-Storey Residential Units in Hulhumale Phase II, has been officially assigned to The 23rd Metallurgical Construction Group Co., Ltd of Minmetals.

This project is expected to be completed within 2 Years.
