ISO 220002005 and HACCP Food Safety Management System Certificate Awarding Ceremony

MWSC has achieved ISO 22000:2005 and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points or HACCP Quality Management System Certificate.

A special function was held in Central Hotel to mark the milestone.

The event was honoured by the Minister of Health Mr. Abdulla Nazim Ibrahim and graced by the MWSC Board Members and the staff of MWSC.

The certifications, which are specific to MWSC’ bottling operations, were presented to MWSC by the Business Manager of SGS, Sri Lanka, Mr. Chamika Wimalasiri

Compliance to HACCP means that our production process is standardized and control measures are in place to ensure safety of water produced at every step. It is a demonstration of our commitment to assurance of water quality and re-emphasizes the quality of our final product water to our customers.
