The Minister of Environment and Energy Mr. Thoriq Ibrahim groundbreaks the sewer project being undertaken by MWSC in HA. Ihavandhoo.  

The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by officials from the Ministry of Environment and Energy, senior management from MWSC, Member of Parliament for HA. Ihavandhoo Constituency, Mr. Mohamed Abdulla, HA. Ihavandhoo Council Members and Island Council Members.

Giving a brief summary of the project’s work, MWSC’s Managing Director Mr. Ibrahim Fazul Rasheed assured that the projects will be delivered on schedule. He further noted that these projects would contribute to the general wellbeing and living standards of the community.

This project is expected to be completed during July 2017.
