Main Responsibilites

  • Answering calls timely, attending Live Chat and other responsibilities of Customer Care Agent in shift duties.

  • Contributing to the reporting of daily, weekly and monthly reports.

  • Contributing to regular Review Meetings and raise any urgent/important issue.

  • Calling customers and obtaining feedback from customers relating to queries and complaints.

  • Updating system, logging and notifying of Customer queries

Required Qualification & Experience

  • GCE A'Level/O'Level/Certificate 3 Qualification or Completion of Grade 10 with 1-year experience in a related field. or Basic Education with 2 years of experience in a related field.

  • Should be able to attend shift duty.

Minimum Salary & Allowance Range

  • Minimum Salary & Allowance Range: MVR 8,500 - MVR 10,500
