MWSC has completed the sewerage service in the island of M. Dhiggaru.  

A Special Function honoured by His Excellency President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom was held to inaugurate the new sewerage services in M. Dhiggaru.

Under the Contract with the Ministry of Environment and Energy, MWSC completed the design & build of sewerage collection network, two sewage pumping stations & sea outfall pumping stations in the island

During the Ceremony, the Minister of Environment and Energy Mr. Thoriq Ibrahim also inaugurated M. Dhiggaru Water project to be undertaken by MWSC.

MWSC spent MVR 26,577,851.05 to build the Sewerage system in M. Dhiggaru.

MWSC works diligently to serve the nation through the provision of basic utility services of water and wastewater to the citizens of the country.
