The Minister of Economic Development Hon. Mr. Mohamed Saeed and Minister of Enviroment and Engry Hon. Mr.Thoriq Ibrahim groundbreaks MWSC Housing Project at Hulhumale Phase II.

 

The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by officials from the Ministry of Economic Development and Ministry of Enviroment and Engry, Senior Management and staff of MWSC.

Hiyaa Project is an initiative of H.E President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom, to provide affordable housing for the employees of State-Owned Enterprises. 

 

MWSC Housing Project consists of 384 apartments, which include 184 1 BR apartments and 200 2+1 BR apartments.

 

The development of two 15-Storey Residential Units in Hulhumale Phase II, has been officially assigned to The 23rd Metallurgical Construction Group Co., Ltd of Minmetals.

 

This project is expected to be completed within 2 Years.
