On 1st Of April 2010 MWSC celebrated its 15th anniversary magnificently. Different entertainment activities were carried out along with an Award function for the MWSC staff. Dr.Mohamed Waheed, Vice President of Maldives Honored the Ceremony along with other delegate’s from different offices.
Speaking at the function Vice President mentioned that as the largest water provider in the country, Company was undertaking a Noble Responsibility. He accentuated that during the past 15 years, MWSC had been able to provide clean drinking water to half of the entire population and the now the time has come to expand this services to rest of the Country.
He also distributed the Annual Employee Awards for the year 2009.” Certificate of Recognition Awards” and “Long Service Awards” was distributed by Mr. Mohamed Ahmed Didi, Managing Director MWSC, and Ms.Neeza Imad, Chairperson of MWSC.
Managing Director MWSC, Mr. Mohamed Ahmed Didi and Chairperson of MWSC Ms Neeza Imad also addressed at the function.
The ceremony ended with a thrilling musical performance by MWSC staff for a water theme.
